Summer Programs
Here are some of the benefits students gain through our full and half day summer programs:
Students learn the importance of being physically active.Students participate in active group games, 30 minutes of conditioning every day, and 3 hours of gymnastics a day.
Students learn to set and achieve goals.Every week, our staff holds a goal setting session with the students. Conditioning and gymnastics skill goals are written down, evaluated throughout the week and rewarded on Fridays. At the end of each session, each student receives a certificate that lists all the goals they accomplished that session.
Students learn to work together as a team.Students participate in group games and teambuilding exercises daily.
Students learn to concentrate and focus.Students participate in 3 hours of gymnastics instruction a day. During this time, they must use extreme concentration and focus to learn and execute their gymnastics skills.
